What this checks
The check calls GET https://relay.openivr.cloud/healthz, the same endpoint the installer verifies after deployment. It refreshes every minute. A green light means the relay answers; it does not measure your NVR, which you can see in the portal.
Your NVR keeps recording and detecting on the local network whether or not the relay is reachable. Only remote access is affected by a relay outage.
